Our Approach:
North Texas Surveying has the ability to provide professional, accurate and necessary data in a timely manner. In addition, North Texas Surveying understands the delicate nature of certain projects with respect to the citizens. We will treat each person with respect and courtesy in order to represent the client in a professional manner.
North Texas Surveying will coordinate directly with the client in a fashion that does not utilize a lengthy chain of command. This minimizes communication failures and the client is well informed on the status of particular projects at all times.
All projects are supervised by a Registered Professional Land Surveyor while being performed. Quality control consists of a series of checkpoints that each project will go through. Before a project is delivered to a client it will have been cleared by the R.P.L.S to check for any possible discrepancies.
More specifically, the approach for each project will need to be evaluated as to the defined scope or purpose of the project. Engineering surveys typically require more extensive field data in order for the designing engineer to address all possibilities. Also, electronic files are typically very critical in the engineering realm. North Texas Surveying will strive to format the e-files in a fashion that will minimize the engineer's work and make his/her design task more efficient. On the other hand, surveying for right-of-way and easement acquisition may require more deed research and boundary control in order to facilitate a conveyance. Again the approach will largely depend on the scope of each particular project.
